All Jews are Mamzerim

This is something I wrote four years ago. I'm putting it in blog form so I can share it via the blog's url. Briefly, it is statistically almost impossible for any Jew to not be a mamzer because all one needs is one mamzer in his/her family tree to be a mamzer him/herself.

דברים כ"ג:ג: לא יבא ממזר בקהל ה' גם דור עשירי לא יבא לו בקהל ה'.

למשרד הדתות יש רשימה של פסולי חיתון.  הרשימה כוללת בעיקר שמות של ממזרים וממזרות, שמותרים\ות להתחתן זה עם זו אבל אסורים\ות להתחתן עם יהודים\ות כשרים\ות.  עצם קיום הרשימה גורם למבוכה ולבעיות קשות כאשר זוג בא לרבנות להתחתן ומוצא שהשם שלו או השם שלה נמצאים ברשימה ואסור להם להתחתן.  אילו כולנו היינו ממזרים, בעיות כאלו לא היו קיימות!

על כן אני מבקש להוכיח שכולנו ממזרים, או, ליתר דיוק, אני אוכיח שהסיכויים הם אפסיים שיש בינינו אפילו יהודי אחד שאינו ממזר.

ההלכה

הטבלה הבאה מראה את הסטסוס של ילד\ה של כל אחד מהזוגות האפשריים: ילד של ישראל (יהודי כשר) וישראלית (יהודיה כשרה) הוא ישראל, ילד של ישראל ושפחה הוא עבד, וכו'.  ולעניננו, כל הילדים של ממזרת עם כל סוג של גבר הם ממזרים, וילד של ישראל וממזרת הוא כמובן ממזר.

החישובים

באתר http://www.rkwest.com/personal/mycousins/?page_id=10, ז'ק לי הוכיח שהסיכויים שהוא אינו מבין צאצאי קרל הגדול אפסיים.  (האתר הזה כבר לא קיים אבל יש אתר דומה ב- http://www.colleengenealogy.net/everyonecharlemagne.html).  (קרל הגדול, מלך הפרנקים והקיסר הראשון של האימפריה הרומית הקדושה, חי בצרפת במאה ה-9 לספירה.)  הנה החישובים שלו:  קרל הגדול חי לפני כ-40 דורות.  לז'ק לי יש אבא אחד, שני סבים, ארבעה סבא-רבאים...ו 2³⁹ (בערך חמש מאות מיליארד: 500,000,000,000) אבות לפני 40 דורות.  אבל לא היו כל כך הרבה גברים באירופה לפני 40 דורות.  היו רק כ-15 מיליון גברים באירופה לפני 40 דורות.  לכן, רוב או כל ה-2³⁹ אבות שייכים לקבוצות שכל אחת מהן היא בעצם גבר אחד שחי לפני 40 דורות.

מה ההסתברות שאחת מן הקבוצות היא קרל הגדול?  ההסתברות שאחת מן הקבוצות שנבחרת באקראי היא קרל הגדול היא 1/15,000,000.  לכן, ההסתברות שאחת מן הקבוצות שנבחרת באקראי אינה קרל הגדול היא 1‑1/15,000,000 שהוא בערך 0.999999933.  אבל ההסתברות שאף אחת מהקבוצות אינה קרל הגדול הוא (1-1/15,000,000)^{500,000,000,000} שסדר הגודל שלו הוא סביבות  10^‑15,000, שהוא מספר ממש אפסי. כלומר, הסיכוי שז'ק לי הוא אחד הצאצאים של קרל הגדול גדולים, בעוד שהסיכוי שהוא אינו אחד מצאצאיו אפסי!

חישובים דומים מעלים את האפשרות שאם היתה אפילו ממזרת אחת בימי חז"ל, הסיכויים שיש בינינו אפילו אדם אחד שאינו ממזר הם אפסיים מפני שבסופו של דבר כל יהודי שהתחתן היה מתחתן עם ממזרת, וכל ישראלית שהתחתנה היתה מתחתנת עם ממזר, וכל ילדיהם יהיו ממזרים.  במקום "קרל הגדול", הציבו "ממזרת פלונית".  במקום "כל הגברים באירופה בשנת 800 לסה"נ" הציבו "כל היהודים בימי חז"ל". התוצאות דומות.  ההסתברות שאני, או את\ה, או כל יהודי\ה אחר\ת, אינו\ה מצאצאי ממזרת פלונית הוא ממש אפסי.  והמספר אינו חייב להיות בדיוק אפס, כי כל דפריש מרובא פריש.

כל שנשאר כדי להוכיח שכולנו ממזרים הוא להראות שהיו מספיק ממזרים ו\או ממזרות בימי חז"ל כדי להבטיח שלאחד מהם או לאחת מהן היו מספיק צאצאים שהיו עשויים להפוך את כל עם ישראל לממזרים כמותם.  אמנם רק ממזר אחד או ממזרת אחת אינם מספיקים, מפני שאולי לא היו לו או לה בנים ו\או בנות, או אפילו אם היו לו או לה בנים ו\או בנות אולי לא היו לו או לה נכדים ו\או נכדות, או אפילו אם היו לו או לה נכדים ו\או נכדות אולי לא היו לו או לה נינים ו\או נינות.  אבל אפשר להראות שנדרש רק מספר קטן של ממזרים וממזרות בימי חז"ל כדי להבטיח, בסבירות ששואפת לוודאות, שכולנו ממזרים.

משה זכאי וברוך פישר ("על פילוג צאצאים באוכלוסייה במהלך הדורות", בכל דרכיך דעהו, חוברת 23, תמוז תש"ע, עמודים 71-81) מוכיחים, בחישובים יותר משוכללים ויותר מדויקים מאלו של ג'ק לי, שבאמצע תקופת בית שני כל היהודים היו צאצאים של דוד המלך.  הם גם נותנים בסיס להשערה כמה ממזרים או ממזרות נדרשים כדי להבטיח שהשושלת של אחד מהם או אחת מהן לא תיכחד, אלא תשרוד ותפזר את הממזרות שלה בכל עם ישראל.  באוכלוסיה יציבה, המספר הממוצע של ילדים לכל משפחה חייב להיות לפחות שתיים.  זכאי ופישר מצטטים תוצאות של חישובים לסיכויים של הישרדות של שושלת שיש בה, בממוצע, שני ילדים לכל משפחה.  הסיכויים הם 79.7%.  עם ישראל הוא אוכלוסיה יציבה (אחרת לא הייתי נולד), ואין סיבה לחשוב שבממוצע היו פחות ילדים לממזרים מאשר ליהודים "כשרים".  לכן, אם בדור מסוים יש רק ממזר אחד או ממזרת אחת, הסיכויים הם 20.3% שהממזרות לא תתפשט בכל האוכלוסיה מפני שהשושלת של הממזר ההוא או של הממזרת ההיא תכחד.  אם יש n ממזרים וממזרות בדור מסוים, הסיכויים שאף אחד מן השושלות לא תפזר את הממזרות שלה בכל עם ישראל הם (0.203)ⁿ.

ההיסטוריה

בחלק זה אביא את העדויות ההיסטוריות לקיומם של ממזרים בתקופת חזל.

מסכת קידושין פרק ד' משנה א':

עשרה יוחסין עלו מבבל: כהני, לויי, ישראלי, חללי, גרי, ממזרי, נתיני, שתוקי, ואסופי.

האם המשנה הזאת היא רק תיאורטית או שהיו באמת בפועל ממזרים וממזרות בימי חז"ל?

לפי ספרות חז"ל, היו והיו.

שמו של ממזר כזה אפילו ידוע לנו.  קראו לו "בן סטדא", והסיפור עליו מופיע בבלי מסכת שבת דף קד עמוד ב:

"המסרט על בשרו". תניא, אמר להן רבי אליעזר לחכמים: והלא בן סטדא הוציא כשפים ממצרים בסריטה שעל בשרו! אמרו לו: שוטה היה, ואין מביאין ראיה מן השוטים. בן סטדא? בן פנדירא הוא! – אמר רב חסדא: בעל-סטדא, בועל-פנדירא. – בעל פפוס בן יהודה הוא! – אלא, אמו סטדא. – אמו מרים מגדלא שער נשיא הואי! – אלא, כדאמרי בפומבדיתא סטת דא מבעלה.

ומוסיף רש"י על האתר, דיבור המתחיל "בעל סטדא בועל פנדירא":

ונקרא על שם בעל אמו אף על פי שהוא היה ממזר

ויש עוד ממזרים, בעלום שם. בבלי מסכת יבמות דף מט עמוד ב:

תני, שמעון בן עזאי אומר: מצאתי מגלת יוחסין בירושלים, וכתוב בה: איש פלוני ממזר מאשת איש

וגם בבבלי מסכת קידושין דף סט עמוד א, מיד אחרי המשנה שבה מציע רבי טרפון איך ממזר יכול לטהר את צאצאיו:

איבעיא להו: רבי טרפון לכתחילה קאמר, או דיעבד קאמר? תא שמע, אמרו לו לרבי טרפון: טיהרת את הזכרים ולא טיהרת את הנקיבות; ואי אמרת לכתחילה קאמר, ממזרת נמי תינסיב לעבדא! עבד אין לו חייס. תא שמע: דאושפזיכניה דרבי שמלאי ממזר הוה, ואמר ליה: אי אקדמתך טהרתינהו לבנך

ובתרגום שטיינזלץ:

נשאלה להם: רבי טרפון לכתחילה אומר, או רק בדיעבד אמר? בוא ושמע: אמרו לו לרבי טרפון: טיהרת את הזכרים ולא טיהרת את הנקיבות, ואם אומר אתה שלכתחילה אמר, ממזרת גם כן תנשא לעבד! עבד אין לו יחוס. בוא ושמע: שמארחו של רבי שמלאי ממזר היה, ואמר לו: אם הייתי מקדים אותך הייתי מטהר את בניך.

(ושמא תאמר שממזרים לא התחתנו עם כשרות, ראה רש"י על האתר, דיבור המתחיל " אי אקדמתך טהרתינהו לבנך": אם הייתי מכירך קודם שנשאת אשה – הייתי משיאך עצה לטהר בניך.)

סיפור נוסף המעיד על קיומם של ממזרים בתקופת חזל מופיע במסכת כלה, פרק א הלכה טז:

עז פנים: רבי אליעזר אומר ממזר רבי יהושע אומר בן הנדה רבי עקיבא אומר ממזר ובן הנדה. פעם אחת היו זקנים יושבים בשער, ועברו לפניהם שני תינוקות, אחד כיסה את ראשו ואחד גילה את ראשו, זה שגילה את ראשו, ר' אליעזר אומר ממזר, ר' יהושע אומר בן הנדה, ר' עקיבא אומר ממזר ובן הנדה, אמרו לו לר' עקיבא, היאך מלאך לבך לעבור על דברי חביריך, אמר להן זה אני אקיימנו, הלך אצל אמו של תינוק, וראה שהיתה יושבת ומוכרת קיטנית בשוק, אמר לה, בתי, אם את אומרת לי דבר שאני שואלך, אני מביאך. לחיי העולם הבא, אמרה לו השבע לי, היה ר' עקיבא נשבע בשפתיו ומבטל בלבו, אמר לה, בניך זה מה טיבו, אמרו לו כשנכנסתי לחופה נדה הייתי, ופירש ממני בעלי ובא עלי שושביני, והיה לי בן זה, נמצא התינוק ממזר ובן הנדה. אמרו גדול היה ר' עקיבא שהוביש את רבותיו, באותה שעה אמרו ברוך י"י אלהי ישראל שגילה סודו לר' עקיבא בן יוסף.

ככל הנראה, חז"ל היו מודעים לסכנה שאם אפילו רק ממזר אחד מסתיר את זהותו ומתחתן עם אשה כשרה ומוליד צאצאים, בתוך מספר לא גדול של דורות רוב עם ישראל יהיו ממזרים, ולכן הם המציאו אמתלות מדוע מציאות כזאת אינה אפשרית:

ויקרא רבה פרשת אמור פרשה לב סימן ו:

אמר רב לעולם אין ממזר חי יותר על ל' יום אמר ר' חונאי אחת לע' שנה הקב"ה מביא דבר גדול לעולם ומכלה הממזרים ונוטל כשרים עמהם

האמנם?

או שמא חז"ל המציאו את האמתלות האלו כדי להגן על עצמם מממזרים סמויים שהם גילו?  הנה עוד סיפור על ממזר, מויקרא רבה פרשת אמור פרשה לב סימן ז, שגם מעיד שהיו ממזרים וממזרות בארץ ישראל בימי חז"ל:

ר' זירא כד סלק להכא שמע קלהון קריין ממזירא וממזירתא אמר הא אזיל הוא דאמר רב הונא אין הממזר חי יותר על ל' יום א"ל רבי יעקב ב"ר אחא כההיא דאמר רבא ורב הונא בשם רב אין הממזר חי יותר מל' יום אימתי בזמן שאינו מפורסם אבל אם נתפרסם חי הוא, ביומוי דר' ברכיה סליק להכא חד בבלאי והוה ר' ברכיה ידע ביה דהוא ממזר אזל גביה א"ל זכי עמי א"ל ר' ברכיה זיל לך ולמחר את אתי ואנן עבדין לך פסיקא בצבורא למחר אזל גביה אשכחיה בבי כנישתא יתב דרש אמתן ליה עד דחסל כיון דחסל מן דרש אזל לגביה אמר לון רבי ברכיה אחינן זכוון בהדין גברא והוא ממזר עבדון לה פסיקא כיון דנפקו להון מן תמן אמר לה רבי חיי שעה אתית בעי גבך ופסקת חיוי דההוא גברא אמר לה חייך חיין יהבית לך דאמר רבא ורב הונא בשם רב אין ממזר חי יותר משלשים יום אימתי בזמן שאינו מפרסם אבל אם נתפרסם חי הוא.

ובתרגום מכון המדרש המבואר:

כאשר עלה ר' זירא מבבל לארץ ישראל שמע קולם של בני הארץ איך הם קוראים "ממזר" ו"ממזרת". אמר: הרי בטל והלך לו הדבר הזה שאמר רב הונא: אין ממזר חי יותר על שלושים יום. אמר לו רבי יעקב בר רבי אחא: כההיא שאמרו רבא ורב הונא בשם רב: אין ממזר חי יותר משלושים יום, אימתי? בזמן שאינו מפורסם. אבל אם נתפרסם חי הוא. בימיו של רבי ברכיה עלה לכאן בבלי אחד והוה רבי ברכיה יודע בו שהוא ממזר. הלך האיש אל רבי ברכיה ואמר לו: עשה עמי צדקה, למחיתי. אמר לו רבי ברכיה: לך לך ולמחר אתה תבוא ואנו נעשה לך הקצבה למחיתך במגבית בציבור. למחר הלך האיש אצלו ומצאו בבית הכנסת כשהוא יושב ודורש. המתין לו עד שגמר. כיון שגמר לדרוש הלך ונגש אליו. אמר להם רבי ברכיה: אחינו, זכו במצוות צדקה באיש הזה והוא ממזר. ועשו לו מגבית לקצבת מזונותיו. כיון שיצאו משם אמר לו: רבי, חיי שעה בלבד באתי ובקשתי ממך וקיצצת את "חייו של האיש הזה". אמר לו: מבטיח אני לך, חיים נתתי לך, וכמו שאמרו רבא ורב הונא בשם רב: אין ממזר חי יותר משלושים יום, אימתי? בזמן שאינו מפורסם. אבל אם נתפרסם חי הוא.

בכל מקרה, אין לסמוך על האמתלות האלו להכשיר את עצמינו מהסטיגמה של ממזרות מפני שאין פוסקים מן האגדה, כפי שנקבע  בירושלמי מסכת פאה פרק ב':

רבי זעירא בשם שמואל אין למדים לא מן ההלכות ולא מן ההגדות ולא מן התוספות אלא מן התלמוד.

המסקנה

ראינו שחז"ל מתעדים שהיו לפחות חמישה ממזרים בימיהם (n=5).  ⁵(0.203) =0.00034 שהוא מספר מספיק קטן  על מנת לשכנע לפחות אותי שהשושלת של לפחות אחד מן הממזרים שרדה מספר מספיק של דורות כדי לפזר את ממזרותה בכל עם ישראל ולכן כולנו ממזרים. כמו כןסביר להניח שהיו הרבה ממזרים וממזרות בימי חז"ל שחז"ל לא תיעדו וש n היה הרבה יותר גדול מחמישה.

השורה התחתונה היא שאין טעם לאסור חיתון בין ממזר ידוע לבין סתם יהודיה או בין סתם יהודי וממזרת ידועה, מפני שהסיכויים לגבי כל יחיד ויחידה בינינו שהם אינם ממזרים אפסיים.  ומה עם הבודדים הבלתי ידועים בינינו שבמקרה אינם ממזרים?   לפי הכלל "כל דפרש מרובא פרש" יש להתייחס גם אליהם כממזרים.  כולנו ממזרים.

The New York Review of Books on line has a blog by Steve Pincus that translates the economic terminology of the 1760s into the economic terminology of the 2010s. The 13 colonies rebelled against Great Britain because of British austerity policies. As of this writing, it looks like the Greeks are rebelling similarly against the Eurozone: the NO vote is ahead.

Here's a quote from the blog that shows Adam Smith's prescience:

Had the British government pursued measures to support the colonies, rather than austerity policies that retarded their growth, Smith believed, the American economy would have been so dynamic that in “little more than a century” the “seat of the empire would then naturally remove itself” to its most economically dynamic region: North America.

Which is exactly what happened except it wasn't a united empire any more.

Double Entendres to Groan Over

From an article in Quanta Magazine about the evolution of birds from dinosaurs:

“A bird didn’t just evolve from a T. rex overnight, but rather the classic features of birds evolved one by one; first bipedal locomotion, then feathers, then a wishbone, then more complex feathers that look like quill-pen feathers, then wings,” Brusatte said. “The end result is a relatively seamless transition between dinosaurs and birds, so much so that you can’t just draw an easy line between these two groups.”

Yet once those avian features were in place, birds took off. Brusatte’s study of coelurosaurs found that once archaeopteryx and other ancient birds emerged, they began evolving much more rapidly than other dinosaurs. The hopeful monster theory had it almost exactly backwards: A burst of evolution didn’t produce birds. Rather, birds produced a burst of evolution. “It seems like birds had happened upon a very successful new body plan and new type of ecology — flying at small size — and this led to an evolutionary explosion,” Brusatte said.

Contrary to What the Anti-Semites Say, Israel is Prussian, not Nazi

The Thirty Years War was the Holocaust of the Germans.

Before World War II there were eighteen million Jews. After World War II there were twelve million Jews.

Before the Thirty Years War there were fifteen million Germans. After the Thirty Years War there were ten million Germans.

Prussia suffered worse than the rest of Germany. The suffering of the Prussians in the Thirty Years War was comparable to, albeit less than, the suffering of the Jews of Europe in World War II. For example, Berlin was destroyed and half the people of Berlin were killed. Following the Thirty Years War the Prussians said "never again" and built an army strong enough to make any potential invader think twice. That is why Voltaire said that Prussia was an army with a state rather than a state with an army. It worked. The only potential invader who thought twice, invaded anyway, and got away with it was Napoleon, but world-class military geniuses don't count.

Prussian militarism (1740) eventually morphed into Nazism (1940).

Contrary to what the anti-Semites say, Israel now (relative to other democratic states)  is like Prussia was in 1740 (relative to other monarchies), or even earlier, not 1940. We Israelis must never ever get to 1940.

The Sages Should Have Looked in the Mirror. Rabbis Should Too.

Pesahim 49b describes how much the Sages and amei ha'aretz hated each other. I will give the Sages the benefit of the doubt and attribute their hatred of amei ha'aretz to being a response to the hatred of the amei ha'aretz to the Sages. But there is no indication in Pesahim 49b of why the amei ha'aretz hated the Sages so much.

For that we need to turn to the most famous am ha'aretz, Jesus of Nazareth.

Matthew 23

Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples: 2 “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3 So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. 4 They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them.
5 “Everything they do is done for people to see: They make their phylacteries[a]wide and the tassels on their garments long; 6 they love the place of honor at banquets and the most important seats in the synagogues; 7 they love to be greeted with respect in the marketplaces and to be called ‘Rabbi’ by others.

For the rest of Jesus' rant against the Pharisees, see the rest of Matthew 23. Whether Jesus was right is irrelevant. The important thing is that he is describing the Sages' popular image. The Sages should have worried mire about the extent to which they were responsible for that image and what they could do about it.

Note that Jesus isn't saying not to obey the Sages. He starts out explicitly saying that the Sages are the only authorities on Halacha. He is saying that you can follow the letter of the law while perverting the spirit of the law, 1200 years before RaMBaN invented the concept of "naval birshoot hatorah".

To a certain extent, Jesus' description of the Sages applies also to modern Rabbis, as documented by Failed Messiah http://failedmessiah.typepad.com/ inter alia.

The International British Conspiracy

What I am about to describe AFAIK never happened, but AFAIK is consistent with everything that is known to have happened. It may be useful as an antidote to the much more dangerous conspiracy theory of the International Jewish Conspiracy. Specifically, if you tell it to a believer in the International Jewish Conspiracy, to show him/her where the Protocols of the Elders of Zion really came from, s/he may consider my conspiracy theory to be more plausible and thus stop blaming *everything* on the Jews.

At the end of the Napoleonic Wars, the leaders of Great Britain, notably the Duke of Wellington, decided that in order to keep Great Britain safe from a future threat of invasion from the Continent, Great Britain needed to rule the world. They figured that Great Britain itself was only strong enough to control the Eastern Hemisphere outside Europe, based on the continuing British success in expanding the zone of British rule in India, so they needed allies. The obvious ally to control the Western Hemisphere was the up and coming republic in North America, the United States of America, that shared a common culture with Great Britain and in any case had its own interest in keeping European powers, particularly Spain, from taking over the former colonies to its south that had taken advantage of the Napoleonic Wars to turn themselves into independent countries. To control Europe, they decided that the best allies would be the Jews generally and the Rothchilds specifically. They were impressed with how the Rothchilds had succeeded in cornering the Belgian stock market after the Battle of Waterloo. Furthermore, the Jews were the only European ethnic group that didn't have a specific territorial base in Europe and so were plausibly capable of ruling Europe generally and not motivated to betray their British allies.

The first part of the plot fell into place when President James Monroe of the United Staters of America announced the Monroe Doctrine. Everyone knew that the USA was not strong enough to enforce the Monroe Doctrine all by itself and that the real muscle behind the Monroe Doctrine was the Royal Navy. The second part of the plot was supposed to be the revolutions of 1848, but to the chagrin of the British and the Rothchilds those revolutions were suppressed.

The Rothchilds returned to their primary interest of making money, until the rise of modern European anti-Semitism towards the end of the nineteenth century. What really scared the Rothchilds was the Dreyfus Affair, that showed that even the Rothchilds' base in the liberal democratic French republic was vulnerable. They decided that they needed a long term backup plan just in case they would eventually need to leave France. They dusted off their old plans for ruling Europe and modified them to fit the current contingency. Turkish Palestine looked like a good choice for a replacement base outside Europe because it was inevitable that the great powers of Europe would eventually divide up the Ottoman Empire among themselves and Palestine had a historical connection to the Jews that would give the Rothchilds an argument for getting that piece of the former Ottoman pie. The Rothchilds chose as their front man for getting the "Zionist Project" going an Austrian jounalist based in Paris named Theodore Herzel.

Herzel organized a conference in 1897 in Basel, Switzerland of Jews who felt excluded from the various territorially-based nationalisms that were rising around them in Europe, especially in Eastern Europe. The new Zionist movement had an open agenda and a secret agenda. The open agenda was to promote Jewish colonization in Palestine. The secret agenda was to plant Zionist agents at high levels of the governments of the various European great powers. The task of these agents was to lobby for giving Palestine to the Jews when the Ottoman Empire would finally be divided among the great powers. Otherwise, the agents were to do what was best for their respective countries, as though they were loyal citizens of those countries.

The only great power where this could not be accomplished was Tzarist Russia, in which everyone high up in the government needed to be Russian Orthodox. So instead, Zionist agents were to be planted in all the revolutionary movements. These agents would function as loyal revolutionaries who would work for the overthrow of the Tzarist government. Whichever revolutionary movement replaced the Tzarist regime then would have Zionist agents in place to lobby for giving Palestine to the Jews.

It didn't take long for Russian intelligence to find out about the secret Zionist agenda. In self defense, the Tzarist government decided to destroy the Zionist movement. The chosen mechanism was to turn the European Gentiles against Zionism by convincing them that Zionism was a Jewish conspiracy to take over the world. To this end, Russian intelligence forged and distributed the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. The rest is history.

Postscript: The planting of Zionist agents in the Russian Communist party led, 40 years later, to an unforseen catastrophe for the Russians. When Stalin, who was inclined to paranoia anyway, discovered how much the Zionists had penetrated the Party, he went ballistic and purged, in addition to all the Zionists, a great many loyal Russian Communists.
